My complaint:
Hi, I hope you can help me as I’ve been trying to get a response and solution since the 25th of October.
I purchased a Drogons Fury pack through Google Play on that day and it was NOT applied. I have submitted 2 tickets since and emailed them 8 times to get a resolution but am being absolutely ignored at my own expense, plus a loss of rewards and ability to grow my account during competition events.
Please help me as I am getting no assistance, feedback or reply from WB. Their customer service is totally inadequate and disgraceful. I’m not sure what else to do. I’ve lost $160 Australian dollars and the opportunity for rewards competing in the dragon event.
I have attached screenshot of my purchase and can supply all the emails for your information if requested.

I would like either the purchase applied plus loss of rewards for being unable to compete in event OR a refund plus the loss of rewards for being unable, through no fault of my own, to compete in dragon event.
