My complaint:

I was offered a new Sim card by this company. I’ve had service with no issues for 12 years. I accepted the sim card offer on 12523. I was told a new Sim would arrive Monday. Since I have 2 lines, I expected 2 cards. Monday, a whole new phone arrives. It’s for that second line, and the old phone was incompatible. Ok. No second card was enclosed so I called to inquire. I was told the new card was on its way and would arrive by Friday 2323. Nothing arrived so i called again Saturday. They tell me the system is down, call back Monday. I call Monday 2723. This day, the employee changes my phone number 3 different times, takes 2500 rewards points out of my account, changes my email address and then disconnects the line. All without finding the missing sim card. Every effort to recover my account has been met with arrogant employees who don’t listen and end up screwing up worse. We’re now on day 3 with no service and my phone number is gone. I’ve never seen such incompetence in action before. I can’t understand how they’re able to operate like this.

Suggested solution:

Restore my number, restore 2500 stolen points, and send the new Sim as requested! I'd like them to offer a phone upgrade for the inconvenience. It's the least they could do
