My complaint:
My friend went there for an address until he can get a job and go to work. They have put him in a couple of programs that were related to his conviction, but now are just adding classes that have nothing to do with what he was convicted of, just to keep him there and collect money. Why are they not held accountable for this? You should only be able to put people in programs that align with what they were convicted of, not past things that they already served their time for. I will be writing our state repelresentatives to see how VOA is getting away with this behavior.
Suggested solution:
Let my friend get a job and be independent, instead of putting him in programs that do not follow his conviction.
