My complaint:
Hiya, I have contacted Vodafone several times that I have several network issues. In some areas I don’t even have any network. I ask the customer service staff why I should pay for a service I even cannot use? The staff then tried to explain that they have first to find the reason and will get back to me within 48h and after the investigation they will reduce my bill. After now a month nothing changed I have to contact the service every second day but I am getting always the same message please bear with us we are still on it but to be honest this is not my fault. I am paying for the service not for free. A customer manager then explained to me on Friday 18062021 that i should not take care of the bill which was due on that day as the investigation is still on going but yesterday I have received a text message and an Email stating to pay my overdue bill.
That is not the way how customer wants to be treated.
Suggested solution:
Fulfil the promises they have made and finally make the network better and gave me the compensation they have promised
