My complaint:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN , I WAS TRAVELLING ON A VERY SPECIAL FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH MY 2 TEENAGERS , MY ELDEST ONE HAS AUTISM FROM SNN TO LHR AND ONTO BRI , ON THURSDAY 29TH DECEMBER , FIRSTLY CAN I TELL YOU I AM SELF EMPLOYED FOR THE PAST 27 YEARS AND SECONDLY I WAS CABIN CREW FOR AERLINGUS IN MY PREVIOUS CAREER … WE WERE SEATED IN ROW 48 E F G ( MIDDLE OF THE AIRCRAFT ) AS WE HAD A VERY SHORT STOPOVER WE HAD NOTHING TO EAT AND WHEN IT WAS MEALTIME ON BOARD, WE WERE OFFERED ONLY MACARONI AND CHEESE .. I ASKED THE CABIN CREW MEMBER WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING THE CHICKEN DINNER AND SHE SAID SHE HAD NONE LEFT…THEN SOMEONE FROM THE BACK BROUGHT UP A SPARE ONE WHEN SHE WAS ABOUT TO GIVE IT TO THE ROW IN FRONT OF US WHICH WERE ALL ADULTS , I SAID CAN WE HAVE THAT ONE AT THIS STAGE BOTH MY CHILDREN WERE CRYING , THEN ANOTHER CREW MEMBER STUCK HER NOSE IN FROM THE OTHER SIDE AND SAID WE ONLY GET A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CHICKEN DINNERS I REPLIED I KNOW THAT I WAS FORMER CABIN CREW _ HER REPLY WAS WELL THEN YOU SHOULD KNOW I TOLD HER THIS HOLIDAY COST ME 15 K AND I CANT EVEN GET A CHICKEN DINNER ?? WE GOT ONE CHICKEN DINNER WHICH MY DAUGHTER CHLOE ATE …. MY DAUGHTER ISOBEL WITH THE AUTISM HAD NOTHING , ASKED FOR A CUP OF TEA WHICH THEY BROUGHT HER , THE BLONDE CREW MEMBER THAT WAS STATIONED TO THE LEFT OF ME ASKED IF ID LIKE CRISPS BISCUITS ETC AND PRACTICALLY THREW THEM AT ME … LATER ON IN THE FLIGHT WHEN THEY WERE DOING THE JUICE AND WATER SERVICE , ISOBEL ASKED FOR A CUP OF TEA AND SHE WAS REFUSED ON THE GROUNDS THAT THE HOT DRINKS WOULD COME OUT WITH THE HIGH TEA …. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW BADLY WE WERE TREATED ON THE FLIGHT , EVEN WHEN WE WERE GETTING OFF THE AIRCRAFT BOTH THE DARK HAIRED CREW MEMBER AND THE BLONDE CREW MEMBER WHICH I THINK WAS NAMED JENNIFER NEVER EVEN SAID GOODBYE AND IT WAS MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER THAT SAID MOMMY THEY DONT LIKE US .
THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY 2 OF OUR BAGS GO MISSING , WE HAD NOTHING TO WEAR TODAY AND HAD TO PURCHASE NEW CLOTHES THEN ONE BAG TURNED UP TONIGHT BUT WE ARE STILL MISSING THE BAG WITH OUR DRESSES FOR THE NEW YEARS EVE BALL ..

I CANNOT RATE YOU BAD ENOUGH FOR THE WAY WE WERE TREATED AND I WILL NEVER TRAVEL WITH YOU AGAIN … IT WAS BEYOND APPALLING THE WAY BOTH I AND MY TEENAGE GIRLS WERE TREATED ,,

I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR REPLY AS I WILL BE MAKING THIS PUBLIC .

I WOULD SINCERELY HOPE THAT WE WILL BE UPGRADED ON THE FLIGHT HOME ON FRIDAY 6 JANUARY BOOKING REF DZFF3T

IT IS THE LEAST THAT CAN BE DONE FOR THE DAMAGE YOU HAVE CAUSED TO BOTH ME AND MY 2 CHILDREN
