My complaint:
Someone used my debit card and made multiple transactions that took a large amount of money from my bank account. I’m I opened several disputes with Varo only for them to close them without even investigating or contacting the merchant. Now today I received notice that my checking and savings account have both been closed right before I’m supposed to get my direct deposit from my employer.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with credit for the unauthorized charges.
