My complaint:
So today varo temporarily suspended my account for absolutely no reason!! Their customer service team SUCKS!! they lock you out of your account and when you call, tell you to contact them through the app WHICH YOU CANT USE BECAUSE THEY LOCKED YOU OUT. now i’m forced to read dozens of complaints of folks saying that varo never even sent them their money back!! i am pissed, it’s one thing to suspend someone without knowledge randomly but to then not give them the money that’s in the account is complete and utter bs!!! i’m already preparing for this bs ass bank to close my account for no reason and keep my funds smh

i just want my money out of varo bank so i can personally close my account on my own .
