My complaint:
Varo suspended my account the morning after I activated my debit card and was expecting a direct deposit later that day. I got the email a few hours before I was notified that my direct deposit of $500 was available. If my account was suspended to the point I couldn’t login or talk to any customer support nor could I use my debit card then why did the accept the direct deposit instead of rejecting it so I could have it sent to another account instead of accepting it and not allowing me access to it for atleast 4 days. That is if they don’t close my account and then I have to wait for a check for remaining balance. I don’t even know why it was suspended. But I needed that money today and I think it’s wrong that they keeping my money from me with no explanation.
Suggested solution:
Let me transfer my money out or allow a one time atm transaction to withdraw funds in account while they do their stupid review.
