My complaint:
I made a purchase on 12/2/2023 for 124.42 from Amazon. 93 days later I received a provisional credit for 54.24. Why?? It say that cause the merchant credited me 70.18 on 10/6/2023 I’m only to receive 54.24. I made a purchase on 12/2/2023. Why ain’t I receiving my 70.18. Cause I got a credit 2 months prior to making this purchase. Where those this make sense

Giving me my money. And closing this account t without any penalties.
