My complaint:
Direct deposit was sent to my account. Varo coincidentally closed the account the same day. Their policy says they will reject any funds sent to a closed account and return to sender. Not only has Varo Not returned the funds they say have no record of any direct deposit coming to account.
Suggested solution:
Sending the amount of the check to the sender.
