My complaint:
Went to purchase Xmas gifts and pay bills. Got ready to use my card and it was suspended. I called and nobody knows anything. Told me to wait for 4 days for an email. They didn’t email me or call me to verify that it was me who was making purchases. This has never happened to me.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate my account so I can access my funds to pay my bills so me and my children won’t be waterless and without electricity! ASAP
