My complaint:
Varo suspended my account and I get my direct deposit tomorrow. Why is it impossible to get ahold of anybody when you can’t login to your account? This is unacceptable to not have an immediate solution when they lock a person’s account!
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account IMMEDIATELY so that I can access my money as soon as my direct deposit hits!
