My complaint:
They came out 0n 1-19-2019 and clea ned my air ducts and damaged my wall under the air duct in my bedroom. the contract states they are not responsible for any damage. since that time, covid has been rampant and i was afraid to have them come back since i am 83 years old and have underlying conditions of health problems. i tried to explain that i would like to cancel the contract and get some of my money back since i paid by check in the amount of $850 by money market check. they said no they would not return any money but wanted to come out to clean the ducts again. i believe since i am compromised healthwise and am an older person, they should refund some of the money.
At least half of it since i feel this was a valid complaint. in another month, the contract will be up and i will have lost all of my money. i am not rich and live on a govt. pension with my only son, who is also mentally ill and receives ss. please intercede and try
to get me a refund. i had tried to make 2 other appts. but was sick with shingles for 7 weeks and had to cancel in april of 2021.
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME HALF OF MY MONEY BACK.
