My complaint:

I ordered a Diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw wand (from Harry Potter) costing £28.80 from this company claiming to be in the UK when in fact the company is based in China and are drop shipping goods originating in Singapore.The payment showed up on my bank statement as being paid to APCONNECTTECH. They actually took £33.29 from my bank account. 73 days after I placed the order I received a gold plated fake Cartier ring in its place.

This was postmarked Chinese post. I have had an ongoing email conversation with the company since ordering (email address is [ xz2022@vipsbager.com] ) the company I ordered from claims to be in Smethwick, in the Uk, their email address claims to be helpdesk@customerservicebest.com which it absolutely isn’t. I am at a loss as to what to do as they refuse to refund me and I don’t know how to proceed. They’ve asked me to return the incorrect item at great cost to me which would result in me losing even more money and I know I still won’t receive a refund. Please help !

Suggested solution:

I would like a paid return label if they would like their goods returned and I would like a refund for items I have never received and I would like this company investigated to prevent more people being defrauded by them in the future.

This is a fraud. If you google for xz2022@vipsbager.com you will find you are not the only one. Me included.

Money probably lost. If you used a credit card you better inactivate it.

Maybe you can get your money back through credit card company or Paypal.
