Uber Eats complaint: What standards Quality?

My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Uber Eats

The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered:

2 pc chicken, 2 wings, chips and Pepsi.

We did not receive wings. Chips stale and curry all over

Meat jalfrezi ordered but was given chicken, which have of the curry gravy was in the bag.

Prawn curry, gravy all in the bag.

Burger meal, chips stale and curry on it. My son got stomach problem straight away.

7 up ordered didn’t receive it.

All a shambles. Ordered food at 11.12 to be delivered for 13.45 to 14.15, receive it at 14.22 in a very very bad condition.

It occurred on: 2022-04-01

This meant that Very frustrated and I suffer from anxiety and depression. Having to chase them up and writing to them for full refund its giving me unnecessary stress. Extra work because curry was all over the place.

A full refund and compensate for having to contact them over and over again even after sending them proof of the disastrous for delivered.

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Your telling me that if you recieved your food in this state you will never want a refund.

What is this nonsense about looking into my account and come to a decision.  Every time I order food is another a new a fresh beginning. There’s going to be fault with the standard and quality and quantity and missing items, my order had all the faults you can get. 

I’ve sent you the timing of screenshot were taken.

The order was complete at 14.22, which shows on your order complete, if you look carefully i took the pictures at 14.23 and other at 14.30 after dishing and cleaning curry spilt every where. Bear in mind I have anxiety and depression. You people are still giving me grief. 

What would you do if lets say you ordered clothes from online some times good and sometimes bad so you return it. Then one day you order Armani clothes for a special event, you order couple of days before so you get it on time.

BUT

Your order comes 2 days after your event.

Packet half torn clothes sticking out and dirty

Your matching tie is missing

You get fruit salad clothing looks like nothing you ordered.

Top it up you Armani suit has a hole in the middle where its visible.

What would you do? Refund? Compensation? Angry?

Then your told

We’ve thoroughly reviewed your account and considered many factors when coming to this decision. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer you a refund or adjustment for this order.

So, your left with your fruit salad, unwanted, dirty damaged Armani clothing. You can’t wear and you had no clothes for the event and to make you more happy you get no refund, a decision that was based on your account over the years.

I will bring it up with higher authorities and show them the proof and the response I got from you. 

What quality and standards you wrote below? On this order everything was wrong. Can you tell me it was right. Don’t forget your fasting Mr Shoaib.
