My complaint:

I applied to Uber Eats to do food delivery. I filled in the correct details fully and accurately, it put me to a section where I was required to submit a PCO. With food delivery, I only need Hire and Reward Business Insurance.

I was going to complete my Zego Business Insurance, when I was stuck in the PCO section Despite me messaging them numerous times, I got emails stating I need to reapply all over again, with a different email address and a different phone number.

This is unacceptable as my other phone number is not a smart phone. I only have one phone number, which is a smart phone. The fact that I did everything correctly and website still messed me around is unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

The onus is upon them to rectify the problem as they need to move my application to the Uber Eats section. The fact is that, despite me doing everything right, and they still fob me, by telling to reapply with a different phone number and email address is extremely unprofessional and very cowardly. They need to fix the problem, not for me to reapply. Even now, I'm getting emails to reapply with a new number and email address.
