My complaint:
Placed a meal order through Uber Eats, then within minutes the restaurant
or Uber cancelled the order and charged me £21.40 because the restaurant had started my order, I feel I’ve been the victim of a crime.
I took this matter to Uber Support yet to be resolved after days of communication with a nameless support member
Suggested solution:
Fully Investigate why this happened and send me a report of there investigation findings and also reimburse my losses.
