My complaint:
I placed an order Tuesday morning for an ubereats order. We needed a couple of items for the kid’s lunches and didn’t have time the night before. Two of the items were missing from the Starbucks order and they placed a coupon note stating to reach out to uber eats for a refund on the two missing items. I have reached out. to uber eats 5 times explaining the situation and they refuse to give me a refund and stated i can pay for the items missing because they have given too many discounts on other orders.
Any other discounts on orders have been for terrible service – couriers leaving things at the wrong location – couriers dumping food over and out of the packaging and soaking it all and leaving it on our doors. Delivering food 45-60 minutes late. Delivering wrong orders. We should not be faulted for their poor service.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund. On this item and an apology.
