Uber Eats complaint: Poor quality food took over 1hr 30 mins to be delivered want full refund

My complaint:

I ordered through Uber eats from cremation de la creme last night ordered the desserts at 8.45pm didn’t get her till 10.30pm I rang the restaurant several times to find out where my food was to be told it’s on its way when the desserts arrived well I was not happy to say the least my crepe and banana was all brown and slimy very cold so didn’t even eat it the cornflake tart pudding and custard was very cold and I ordered kinder bunoe white ice cream got a different one which was like mush couldn’t eat it and I also ordered a raspberry ripple milkshake which was not even raspberry ripple and was also like slush and watery I rang the restaurant when the food arrived to complain and ask for full refund and for them to come collect the sloop they had sent out they told me to contact under eats which I did and got no where with them either so still £20 out of pocket for food I never ate I rang Uber eats they put me through to someone on chat to provide images of my food I did that and the chat was cut dead they said it had been resolved via phone call which it hadn’t I have messaged Uber eats with proof of the food and still no response from them I certainly will never be ordering from these again very poor customer service!

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund for my order as the food was not eaten due to the poor quality of it
