My complaint:
Once again, we’ve used uber eats to get a nice dinner after a hard day. We paid $100 for food that was picked up at 6pm. And is still 25 minutes away because uber eats drivers pick up multiple orders from many different locations. Our food will be an hour after being cooked and more then likely inedible because your drivers don’t use common sense. This can become a safety issue with certain foods and cause food poisoning. How are they allowed to even deliver multiple orders at once? It’s ridiculous.
If I request a refund through the application only ever give me a partial refund.
Emailed uber and it’s an unmonitored mail box. That’s handy.
