Uber Eats complaint: Never received Food but Uber refused to refund me

My complaint:

The driver cancelled. I called uber eats for a refund and was told they could not refund me because the driver waited infront of my door for 5 minutes. I told uber that was a lie and sent video and screen shot of camera activties from an 1 before i made the order and and an hour after the delivery person claim they showed up. There was no activities of the delivery person. I also mentioned i left a comment stating to leave food at door which has been there since covid and my phone number but was never contacted and if the person was at my door they would have left it infront of the door as the comment suggested it. Uber still refused to refund me my $26.62 that i paid for my two sons meal at KFC.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by refunding me my amount for 26.62 plus a reward for going through this process after i send them video they should have refunded me instead of making me suffer and having to find my kids something different and paying for something else.
