My complaint:

I have worked for UberEats for 2 years. Yesterday I had an order but was called by uber support that it was a stolen card and it was a fraudulent order. They gave me the whole entire conversation that I have had before when I call uber to cancel an order. Three hours later I received a phone call from the same scammed and they entered my account and stole my money. I was able to call the number back from another number cause they blocked me. He threatened me and knew even more personal information. Uber has claimed twice already that my account was not compromised. How was he able to call me 3 hours later? How did he have my personal information if I wasn’t compromised?

Suggested solution:

I want better security measures in place for my account and I want a refund of the money that was stolen.
