My complaint:
I have food delivered to me from mcdonalds and KFC from uber eats. Each time I have contacted support and they have said I need to make a complaint via help on the app. I do not get a refund if any sort and I have tried to cancel an order from KFC, taking too long to pickup, and was told that if i cancel i would be charged.
It was not collected so how can I be charged. Then I got another message via the app saying it was delayed due to driver picking up other orders.
Why???

I would like a refund on my KFC order at least. It has now been over 30 minutes since placing the order and still has not been collected
