My complaint:

i ordered food from dunkin donuts store number 356578 i ordered an large coffee and a apple fritter, i gave a two dollar tip, i sent driver a message to please bring into the front desk, i was at work. i paid over 11 dollars, ok he came in dropped of bag and left, there wasno apple fritter in the bag, so i called the store, he was long gone, they said they told him they were out of the fritters could he send me a message to let me know what else i would want, he did not do that, he knew it was not there, i had messaged him before and he could have called me, also my coffee was ice cold, weird cause i am 2minutes away from the store, uber eats credited me five dollars in my wallet, but i did not ant that i wanted it to credit to my account, i paid with, also the face that he just did not care to tell me the fritter was not there or to call me i cannot understand, others have, also ice cold coffee which should have been hot, i think i will think twice about using uber eats again, this was such a bad time. thank you eleanor wagner

Suggested solution:

i want the five dollars to go to my bank account and i dont feel i should have to pay for such a bad experience and era on this guys part, ill pay for the coffee but not his services i feel that way
