My complaint:
It seems that Uber Eats is pocketing money for delivery fees tips for deliveries that never get to customers. Ordered food that I waited almost an hour to received, which never arrived. After reaching out to them, they will cancel the order, but will still charge me for delivery tip? For what if I never received my order. Also, when you request quicker delivery and pay for the fee they still do not deliver on time and will stop at other destinations but still charge you that additional fee.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when they return my complete refund including the tip.
