I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the lack of resolution to a critical issue I have been facing with your service. My attempts to resolve this issue through your chat service and customer service representatives have been met with repeated frustration and disregard for my concerns, despite my clear explanation of the situation.

To provide context, I recently encountered an unauthorized tip on a delivery made through Uber Eats. I want to emphasize that I did not authorize or add this tip to my order. As someone who has a learning disability, it can be challenging for me to navigate certain digital platforms, and I rely on your support team to assist me in resolving such issues which have not happened.

Here is a summary of my frustrating experiences in trying to resolve this matter:

1. Ineffective Chat Service: I have attempted to use the chat service multiple times to explain the situation and request assistance in removing the unauthorized tip.
