My complaint:

I ordered a specific item through Postmates app from restaurant Crumbl I received my order less than an hour later of something I did not order. Reached out to Crumbl whom apologized stated they do not offer requested item in the state of TX right now which should have been updated on Uber Eats platform, she stated she’ll be putting in a support ticket for the update. She stated she could not refund me due to Uber Eats being the business that charged me. I reached out to app support over the phone and multiple times via email. Continuously stated due to guidelines they will not refund me. I explained and gave pictures of item I ordered being (4) sugar cookies receive a double chocolate cookie (4) also that I had an allergy to cocoa and I would never order item. They refused to refund me and refused to contact the restaurant for assistance. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with the refusal of refunds from Uber Eats their constant hesitation to provide customer satisfaction and keep consumers money although items are never delivered or incorrect items are received is unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

I’d like a full refund for items ordered.
