My complaint:
I am an Uber Eats driver and participated in the $1800 for 200 deliveries promo and followed all terms and conditions and they stated they would pay the difference between the trips earnings and $1800. They owe me $886 dollars and have not paid me. I have called over 50 times only to have a foreigner tell me different excuses as to why they haven’t paid me yet. I have tried to call corporate office in CA and that number is no longer in service. I depended on this money to pay rent and now I may lose my home. I tried to call Morgan and Morgan but they wouldn’t take the case. I have filed complaints with the BBB and other agencies. This is so wrong to do to people!
Suggested solution:
I want my $886 dollars ASAP before I lose my home.
