My complaint:
I informed turbo VPN company that I want to cancel my subscription in November 2023 as there is no cancel function on their website and they kept withdrawing money from my account.
I got a reply that my subscription was canceled but I see that they keep trying to charge my card almost every day, I had to withdraw all the funds from my card so there was no money there and these scammers stopped charging $11.99.
Suggested solution:
I will be satisfied when I get a refund for previous periods and they stop trying to repeatedly charge my charge card as scammers
