My complaint:

I go to make a bill payment via my bank app, and I notice a charge of $99.99 USD from out of nowhere. It just says Turbo VPN. I see in my email there are receipts, for a 24month, Premium Subscription to Turbo VPN. WHO the Hell and What the F is Turbo VPN?! I did not buy this.
I did some research. I found out they are a Singapore company owned by Chinese Nationals, the parent company is Innovative Connecting Pte. Limited, who own 10 other VPN labels/products. So I complain, through several emails, demanding a refund, because I never authorized any purchase for a Premium Subscription. They reply that it will take 14 business days to resolve. I also spoke to their Live Chat rep. He thinks I willingly chose to buy a subscription. This is insanely fraudulent!

Suggested solution:

They should immediately Refund the fraudulent charge they made to my account (which by the way is a new account made in late 2023), because on the specified Date of the Receipt, I had made no purchases, anywhere, on any card, neither online nor in store. Thus, any claim Turbo VPN, or Innovative Connecting Pte. Limited makes regarding me choosing to buy a subscription of their service, is False. And that is the scary part, that they had Access to my New Account info, without me ever knowing this app even existed!
I am going to dispute this charge with my financial institution, BLOCK Turbo VPN and Innovative Connecting Pte. Limited, and report them to the Better Business Bureau.
