My complaint:

I am filing a complaint against TruGreen and believe that my husband who worked for them for 10 years developed a brain tumor from all the pesticide use. After talking with Beyond Pesticides who filed a law suit told me that “ TruGreen uses the weed killer glyphosate (Roundup), which is identified by IARC of the World Health Organization as probably carcinogenic. It uses a chlorophenoxy (Tri-Power) another weed killer whose label warns of irreversible eye damage and allergic reactions. Another hazardous pesticide identified in the lawsuit is triclorfon (Dylox), a neurotoxic organophosate insecticide.”

My husband used to come home on windy days covered in back spray and reeked of chemicals. His thighs were covered in bumps and rashes —-even though he wore boots and pants. The pants were so stiff- you couldn’t even bend them. I made him wash his clothes separately so they wouldn’t touch ours. How can this be healthy…at age 34 he was diagnosed with malignant brain tumor—glioblastoma and died 23 months later. I was a widow way too early and had 2 young boys who no longer had a father!!!!

I started to investigate the use of weed killer and it’s effects after all the lawsuits against Round Up started….. the weed killer, glyphosate is deadly and used by TruGreen along with other poisonous and cancer causing carcinogens. My husband inhaled these pesticides for 10 years and in perfect health when he started in 1997—. So what caused a brain tumor that killed him???? I want answers and currently talking with lawyers as what my next steps are??? Please file my complaint with TruGreen executives. Thank you
