My complaint:
I have ordered from torchys twice 3 times this week. Each time requesting no avocado due to being deadly allergic. The first time I received the order with avocado I simply gave it to my kid. The next time I called the manager and asked him to speak to his kitchen staff to ensure it didn’t happen again. Today was the third time and I accidently ate it not knowing it was mixed in my dip…I don’t have a pic of the dip since I ate it but here is pics of the rest of my food that has avocado .. I need a claims department number

I need a claims department to get back to me. I will be taking legal matters since I had made the manager aware before
