My complaint:
I have been using Tinder for more than 2 years and had never issues with my account being banned until last week when I have been asked to verify my profile pictures.After verifying the profile pictures about 30 minutes later I received the message that my account was banned with no explanations.I never provided with the false information and never used fake profile pictures, I have raised the question with the Tinder customer support but they just provided me with the standard automatic response that my account is banned which is unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
I think Tinder should explained why my account was banned instead of providing with standard automatic email.
