My complaint:

Dear TikTok Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.Ihave been an ardent user of TikTok for several years now. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the sudden and unjust banning of my two accounts, @soyunci and @soyuncipodcasts.

Over the years, I have poured my heart and soul into creating family-friendly content on both these accounts, following every guideline and rule set forth by TikTok. I have made it a point to cultivate a positive and engaging community, and it brings me immense joy to see the followership grow steadily. It is disheartening to have these efforts abruptly negated without any apparent justification or explanation.

It is worth mentioning that these accounts had accumulated a considerable following, making them an essential part of my online presence and identity. Besides the substantial following, these accounts held a significant monetary value, with a collective total of £3000. Losing this financial investment has been distressing and has left me feeling neglected and ignored by TikTok’s support team.

Despite multiple attempts to communicate via emails and messages, I have not received any response or clarification on why my accounts were banned. This lack of communication has only added to my frustration and made the situation all the more perplexing.

As a loyal user, I strongly believe in TikTok’s potential as a platform for creative expression and community building. However, the current state of affairs has put a serious dent in my trust and confidence in the platform’s support and moderation process.

I kindly request that you review the actions taken against my accounts thoroughly and provide me with a comprehensive explanation for the banning. It is essential for me to understand the reasons behind this decision so that I can take appropriate actions or rectify any inadvertent mistakes.

I firmly believe in the importance of transparency and open communication between TikTok and its users. It is my hope that you will address my concerns with the respect and attention they deserve, rectifying this situation to restore my faith in the platform.
