My complaint:
As a new user, I was banned permanently from messaging due to a Community Guideline violation. I have tried exhaustively to obtain what the violation was. The only response was that they uphold the peremanent ban due to a Community Guideline violation.
The only videos I post are based on a reel that I Upload. I am a licensed insurance agent and post videos that are industry standard and are no different that hundreds of our other agents post. When I was banned, it followed an exchange with an unknown tiktoker who was opposing our product. I continued to explain the validity of our product, until finally deleting and blocking them. Within a day, I was banned from messaging permanently. At not time was I aggressive or used improper verbiage with them.
I was notified of the ban, but have never been told what I’ve done. I appealed the ban, which was upheld. I then waited a few months I wrote an email to the customer service and legal department requesting the ban be lifted and laid out extensive reasoning why I felt it should be reversed, including asking again as to what it was I did (so I would know what not to do) and let them know I have read and re-read the community guidelines and cannot determine what I’ve done. After 10 subsequent email requests (replying ALL to them so there was a long string of the lack of responding) the only response I received was on the 10th email (all 9 others had no response), they stated the ban was being upheld due to the violation of Community Guidelines (which they conveniently sent as a stand alone email and did not attach to the email string). All I was asking is that the ban be lifted.
I have pdf’s of the string of 10 emails if needed, including the isolated response sent today.

Suggested solution:
Simply lifting the ban on messaging. Even as suggested in the email, consider time banned as time served. It would be great to know the reason for the ban, to ensure I don't repeat it, if there was a violation at all.
