My complaint:
The NYT needs to refresh its books page in the digital edition with new reviews. Today’s book page has not changed in a week. The print edition last time I checked has a new review every day. And there is no Sunday book section like in the print edition. Why am I not getting what I pay for?
Suggested solution:
Do a better job publishing book reviews in your online edition.
