Taco Bell complaint: Shorted My Order and then cashier made racial slur when I demanded refund!

My complaint:

First my receipt info. . my receipt survey code which I already took and made complaint on it is as follows. 4107-3036-1970-3129. That is my survey code top of receipt. The store phone number is 330-759-9295. Cashier named Madison. Bar code on bottom of receipt is 6158986979002.

My complaint- first when I placed order you can clearly see on receipt I asked for mild sauce and receipt says it. Well I pull up to window to pay and the girl takes my money slams the window and walks away. I had to knock on the window to get my change and tell her I wanted a receipt. Then she had to get a manager to come print a new receipt because she apparently threw mine away. This pissed her off I could tell because then she comes back after a few min. opens window throws bag of food out at me and slams the door. Well of course inside the bag there is no mild sauce at all and no napkins and I knock on window to complain about that and tell her I wanted what I asked for. She tells me to hand her the bag back and so I did,. She then dumps a boat load of mild sauce in the bag enough for 30 people and says is that enough really hateful and hands bag back out to me. Still no napkins at all. but I’m like I will pull around and walk in to get some napkins myself so I dont have to deal with her again. But I noticed I only had 3 of the items I ordered in the bag. So I back back up to the window…she yanks the door open and yells what is it now. This got me mad and I told her that I was missing food and she screams at me that I need to calm down because it was just money….and that she would get my food. That pissed me off even more saying it was just money because its my damn money. So I told her I didnt want the food I ordered to just give me my damn money back then since it was only money she shouldnt mind just handing me back my money and keeping her food. To which she had the nerve to tell me that I just needed to calm down if I expected her to do anything because she was sick of white people. At that time I just said go get your manager. So after sitting in drive thru forever finally here comes a young guy that looked like he was still in high school and he opened the window hands me a ripped $5 bill and a soaking wet $1 bill as if someone had dropped it in a bucket of water and a handful of change and he said have a nice day and slams the window. That is my complaint. This is by far not the first time. In the last month I have been to this same taco bell 3 times and all 3 times they have messed up my food and I had to go back or argue with a manager. It was never like this in the past as they used to have adults working at this taco bell but now no matter what time of day you go there are nothing but kids that look like high school kids laughing, eating and talking on cell phones and in no hurry to wait on you much less fix your order or fix it right. But Oh I forgot like the cashier yelled at me….I am the one that had a problem and it was because I am white. Yeah I will remember that Taco Bell hates white people! That Taco Bell trains their employees that its ok to try and short change and then shorten an order for someone as long as they are white!

Suggested solution:

First store manager could have came to the window and appoligized and gave me a refund instead of sending some high school kid to the window to hand me out what was obviously the worst money he could find to give me as it was soaking wet and the $5 had been ripped and taped back together. Second I believe because this has been an ongoing problem with messing up orders for months now that the manager if the store even has one ...needs to begin training their employees correct or at least hire some adults to work with them so they cant just play and cheat customers all the time and cause stress and harrassment to customers that have to almost ask for an act from God to get a refund or their order made correctly. My wife told me that was the last time she will ever ask me to go there for her after she seen how the girl screamed at us and had the nerve to say what she did about white people. Lastly in closing I feel more than anything the owner of that location should order the store manager if the owner has anyone besides a bunch of high school kids working there......the owner should order the manager to write up the cashier and the white guy who brought me soaking wet money for my refund. I have never been to any place where I was treated as badly in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also just because what I bought was less than $7 ....it was still my money and to be told to calm down its just money. Yeah it was my money.....not hers not yours ...MINE! I mean I am sure the owner wouldnt like it if he went into a different store and they told him to calm down that its just money and acted like it was no big deal they were trying to cheat him out of both money and then food after that. Oh but I guess the owner of this taco bell would not have a problem with it because I am white and all.
