My complaint:

On July 7, 2022 at 6:30pm. I ask my friend to go on the kiosk to make the order because I am not good at that. There was no one working the front counter and no one came up from the back to asked if I was ready to order. So I had her to do it for me since no one offer me customer service. So we placed the order on the kiosk which was two beef crunchy supreme and nachos bell grande. It total to be 14.81. I gave two fives and five ones. He never gave me a reciept and when I tried to ask about my order he told me He did not have time to talk. So I tried to talk to another young man and he told me I do not talk I work the line. Now would you please tell me do your people to talk to customers taht way? Keep in mine that I am still waiting on my reciept and another young man told me he could not find it. So I asked them to make another one and he said I don’t know how to make it. He walked to the back. ok I’m standing at the counter. Look at your surveillance camera and you will see how long I stood there waiting for my receipt and no one ever said a word to me. I told another long lady that I was still waiting on my receipt. Finally he comes out of the back and he ask another young lady to help him with the receipt. Mind you I got there at 6:30 and it is almost 6:45 my food is cold no one offer to make me another order and no one would answer my question concerning my food. You advertise your restaurant as if your employees will give the best service. No One is getting that there. People are walking out because service is so bad. They embarrassed me because the lobby could see and hear what was going on. The young lady finally went to the back and printed a receipt on a piece of paper and she talk to me and I told what happened. She looked surprised and she was not on the clock but offered to make my food over. I told everybody I know about what happened. EVERYBODY I will continue to tell them what to expect when they get there. There were two new employees there also and they saw and heard what was going on. One was doing a survey and one was filling out an application. They saw and heard everything that was going on.

Suggested solution:

The owner of this store should get rid of all of those people and start over because your business is going to fail slowly but surely. They are too disrespectful and then on top of that they are handling the customers food and not making it right. Look on the camera and see what he did with the money and the receipt.
