My complaint:
One time i ordered a veggie power bowl and nachos (drive threw) got home no chips next time wanted power burrito but instead of burrito wanted it on chips. they charged me for 4 orders of chips (it was not 4 bags worth) and the chips were so stale it ruined the whole meal. seems like everytime i go to this taco bell things are awful. one time they gave me 100 packets of hot sauce (not awful, but a bit wasteful)
Suggested solution:
I just think they need a manager that cares and takes better care to run the place, and better workers.
