My complaint:

Let me start with saying this is my THIRD try at going to this Taco Bell. I live right around the corner and should not have to go further to get decent service. So one last time I thought I would try it again. I should not be surprised but this put the icing on the cake. By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. I gave the benefit of doubt the first time. 2nd time, I was just in a hurry and thought it would be okay. This time, I have had enough. I understand it’s hard to get good workers. However, I have been in management for a long time now. And I know you have to have a good leader to have a good team. This Taco Bell on Georgesville road in Columbus, Ohio the worst. Worst at everything, the food is always cold or stale food. The shells are hard as rocks. They have screwed up ALL 3 ORDERS EACH TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE. And today, the kids that were working the drive thru thought that their cell phone was more important. He handed me my drink with NO straw and when I was handed my order that happened to be in a bag that was rolled up like a damn burrito. I knew the straw wasn’t in the bag. I asked and he stated that it was in the bag. I looked at him, looked at the bag and knew if it was in the bag, it would be bent in half. Sure enough, NO straw in the bag. I had to back up to the window and sit there while the 2 at the window carried on what looked to be funny conversation while I sat there looking right at them. I had to knock on the window to tell him that I had no straw. Now I get all the way home to find that my order was wrong, receipt states NO TOMATOS. You can only guess, I had tomato’s on everything in my order. Then the chalupa’s was so stale and hard as rocks they sucked and I couldn’t even eat them. Icing on the cake, I tired to call this location to speak with a manager and the phone number on the receipt doesn’t go through, it actually sounds like a fax machine. I tried 9 times before I gave up. 3rd time is the charm, I will NEVER go back to location and I will also send a message to all my friends to not go to this location.
