My complaint:

Nearly three years ago, I went into a Sprint store to disconnect the line ending in 6312 and add line 5423. Unfortunately, the Sprint employer helping me did not disconnect line 6312 and during a call earlier in June, I learned the line was never cancelled and I have been paying for it for nearly three years. The discovery was brought to light when I contacted Sprint about a new and higher bill than usual. Sprint agreed to only credit my account for 1/2 the bill which would have come out to $516. Though it was significantly lower, I agreed to the credit. However, the communication and logistics between Sprint and T-Mobile were disagreeable and now I am told there is nothing either company can do and I am left to swallow the overcharges.
I have been a loyal customer to Sprint for 10 years and I have never missed a payment nor have I ever requested assistance of any kind. This horrific mistake is something that is not sitting well with me. I have spent over five hours combined on three way calls with supervisors from both Sprint and T-mobile only to find neither party will assist me in rectifying this matter. Therefore I am now requesting the full amount of $1,032.00 to be credited to my Sprint/T-mobile account for this relationship to continue for the nanotherxt 10 years plus. If not, I will be forced to cancel any and all services related to either T-mobile and/or Sprint and give my loyalty to your competitor as I will not support a company who does not back up there clients.

Suggested solution:

Credit my T-Mobile Account by $1,032.00
