My complaint:

I tried to place an online order, and the first time I got a message that the location was off line. I went into the store and the employee was clueless. I went and did some shopping then tried again. This time the order went through. I went back to the store and told the employee that I had an online order. I then had to wait over 20 minutes while he took care of every other customer… including several who came in after me. He finally got to my order, and when he handed it to me he said that because they were out of steak for my Philly Cheese Steak, he made a Hot Italian instead. (I ordered 2 subs and 1 wrap. The other sub I ordered was a Hot Italian) I told him he should have asked about any substitution, but I had already waited almost 40 minutes, and my family was waiting, so I left. When I got home we found out that the employee had put mayo on the Hot Italian that my husband ended up with in place of the Philly Cheesesteak he wanted. My husband HATES mayo. Then, my wrap that I ordered was on a wrap so stale it cracked! I spent almost $30 and neither my husband nor I received and edible dinner! I am so frustrated I could scream!

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of my order, or a coupon for two subs.
