Complaint: very poor customer service

My complaint:

I ordered online. I ordered a double meat Cold Cut Combo SANDWICH. I picked out the bread and told them not to toast. I picked up a tied up order but when I got home it was a SALAD. i took it back. They had trouble finding the order but when they did, the order printed out Cold Cut Combo Salad. My phone had the order and only said Cold Cut Combo. I told them that was wrong. They said NOT MY PROBLEM AND POINTED TO THEIR PRINT OUT. Then I said I wanted my money back since they were not going to fix it and give me the sandwich that was for my husband who has leukemia. They could care less. I left the salad on the counter and went home. This is the second time I tried to order online…the last time I printed out my order and then looked up and the store had CANCELED the order. They did not make it.

Suggested solution:

They should have apologized and made the sandwich I ordered for my husband. I gave them the wrong order back so I was not trying to get 2 meals. NOT MY PROBLEM is UNACCEPTABLE.
