Subway complaint: Unprofessional Customer Service

My complaint:

I have been in the food and beverage business for about 30 years plus. I went in to this location Sunday April 2nd around 6:45 pm and as I proceeded to order (Tuna Footlong) I had noticed that the scoops were pretty small and had let the gentleman know that it wasn’t very much tuna on there and he proceeded to tell me that is what I get and it wasn’t his problem and if I wanted more than it would cost $2.00 more. I have never been treated this way at any subway I have ever gone into. The lady working there with him at the time tried to resolve the issue and kept telling him to be quiet but he wouldn’t even listen to her and kept mouthing off to me in total disrespect. He is definitely not an employee I would ever have representing my company. Very disappointed and will never return to this store. I hope this issue get resolved without just a slap on the hand as no customer should be spoken to in this manner. Thank you for your time. Haven’t posted any reviews about this on line in hopes that this will be handled by the appropriate people. Thank you again. Also they would not give me his name.

Suggested solution:

I believe suspension or termination would be in order being the disrespect for and towards the customer. I have managed many well know places in California as well as Las Vegas, Nevada as I would never tolerate this kind of unprofessionalism from any of my staff towards a guest.
