My complaint:
We are (or rather, were) regular Subway customers—until we learned that you were not closing your business outlets in Russia. So many American companies—and companies based in other countries—have ceased business operations in Russia, and we were shocked to learn that your restaurants are still raking in the rubles. Shame on you. You will get us—and our friends and family—back as customers when you close your restaurants in Russia.
Suggested solution:
Stop doing business in a country committing war crimes.
