ONLINE ORDERING WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO USE BOGO50 ERROR MESSAGE COMES UP . Tells me Qualifying items are missing to redeem this offer,, or a better deal was applied . Then explains in separate little box says BOGO50 BOGO 50% OFF ANY FOOTLONG OR FOOTLONG MELT it very clearly states ANY FOOTLONG The person helping me kept arguing the double meat doesn’t count! AGAIN ANY FOOTLONG (no exclusios listed!!! He kept trying to come up with excuses. I said sternly Fine I’ll call manager tomorrow to handle this! The other employee comes up to register to ring up another customer. He very Rideout snapped go ahead and call! She will say the same thing! That is when I got angry! I told them both how rude they were and I was filling a complaint, both at corporate level and store manager. I have had this issue several times, Manager just cancels order, inputs order in again with code for discount. I spend 60$ every time I order 7-8 sandwiches, melts and, wraps I order online specifically for discount! I have to place 2 orders due to number of items I order.

As I was handed my food the handle for and bag tore. I caught bag before it hit floor. No new bag was Even offered. My two order ruffly passed to me with no warning of weight, nor an apology given.

Suggested solution:

Give me better deal than one I was denied as a refund! Fire both associates!
