Subway complaint: Ripped off child

My complaint:

Went to the Glen Burnie store in Maryland to get my 9-year-old daughter her favorite sub a turkey Titan. She ran inside because he enjoys watching them make the subs. On the right home she said she was sad I asked her why she said because the manager told the employee to remove some meat from her sub. I got home I counted 11 pieces of turkey on her Titan sub. I called the store The employee told me I could drive back there and he would try to call the manager on his cell phone because he has left. I told him that was ridiculous I would give him a call back. I have called everyday since October 18th no manager or no manager call back. I have called other stores locally and apparently managers don’t work it subways because there’s never a manager there. I have put in multiple complaints only to receive these automated sorrys with the owner’s name printed on it saying they hope my next visit’s better. I would just like to be made whole. Why would the manager look at the receipt when it clearly states Turkey Titan and have the employee remove the meat. Is it because he saw a 9-year-old girl being the only one in the store. Thinking he could save a little money by ripping off young girl? Why in the world is there no way to contact anybody about this problem?

Suggested solution:

They could start by contacting me. Then perhaps they could refund or replace anything is fine with me as long as I made whole! The fact that they ripped off my 9-year-old daughter is what really makes me angry about this!
