My complaint:

good evening

Me and my wife has driven to the stairfoot subway in Barnsley in the 8621 at approximately 18.15pm when I had forgotten my ID for been exempted from putting on a face mask due to my medical condition,

The subway worker, manger ask if I had a mask my answer was no I am exempt from a mask, that’s when I realised I had left my Badge around my neck at home on the table, I explained this to the manager on duty and her reply was no (ID no food) and refused to give her name or identification at the time, I then asked her why I cannot have food or my wife get server (who had a mask) and she was also refused, I find this very intimidating how me and my wife was spoken to when all we wanted was a sandwich, and a cup of tea after doing our shopping,

The staff was very rude to me and my wife, the manager was very arrogant, foul mouthed, and very intimidating raising her voice, I will never return to subway again. This was video by my wife luckily so we do have evidence of all this incident.

Suggested solution:

We will go seek legal advice in this matter if we do not feel satisfied enough has been done
