Subway complaint: Poor service

My complaint:

It just seems have have consistently get poor service for a month now. Service is very slow, and my drive thru order doesn’t have correct toppings I ordered, or like today it was wrong, I was over charged, and I was told it was correct.

I ordered a steak n cheese melt like I frequently do, when I got to the window they handed me a normal sandwich retapped in paper and in a plastic bag. Being used to getting my sandwich in a paper bag, very hot, I told them it was the wrong sandwich it was supposed to be a melt not toasted. They told me it was a melt that she had just put it in the incorrect paper. When I got back to work it was a toasted sandwich and didn’t have the extra cheese I paid a dollar for.

I prolly wouldn’t have placed a complaint but it was just 2 days ago I ordered one and they didn’t put the southwestern sauce on it.

The girl with the dreads always is so pleasant, smiles, and nice and gives perfect service. But there is a heavy set girl that messes up a lot and seems to take her sweet time on everything, even just making a drink.

Suggested solution:

I’d just like the store contacted and told they r giving substandard service, except the one girl that is always so polite.
