Subway complaint: One of the worst subs I have had?

My complaint:

I ordered 3 steak and cheese subs via app, put the deal on cart was expecting to question me how I wanted them configured, but instead it asked me for billing details, so immediately after placing the order I called the store and told her to hold off, I was on my way and would point to the garnishes and sauces, she said okay. Shortly after as I am driving to the store I get a call from the owner pretty upset that he had the 3 subs on the counter, I told him I tried to communicate how I wanted the subs, but as it was confusing to her I said I will be there in 4 mins.

Note:
in the note on the order placed I had requested Oregano bread.
When I entered the store, had a discussion and pointed out to the owner that I had requested Oregano bread.
He seemed pretty upset, I told him not to throw away the salad and tomatoes, put put it on side plate toast my sandwiches and put back the salad and tomatoes, he proceeded to just put the meat on the sandwich with out the cheese (Steak and Cheese!) heated it in the oven and then asked me about the dressings.

Long and short, this is not how you deal with customers, ordered a toasted steak and Cheese and got really bad sandwich – wilted(heated tomatoes and salad), no cheese and on plain bread.
My wife and daughters refused to eat the subway, I had mine but it surly turned me off from ordering subway. you can reach me at 647-904-3635

Suggested solution:

1. Caution the owner not to call customers telling them I have your subway on the counter, when the customer tried his best to clarify because the order went through with out ing how they should be configured.
2. Send 3 sandwiches' properly done to my home.
